• Supervise, mentor, and train staff on day-to-day activities.
• Assist in establishing performance standards and procedural changes.
• Promote premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor.
• Assist customers via intercom, in lobbies, lanes, and in the parking office.
• Run reports related to daily revenue, credit cards, and garage data.
• Participate in periodic training and weekly garage scheduling.
• Resolve customer service issues in a timely manner.
• Greet customers by name and build rapport with the customer base.
