Parking Management Company (PMC) seeks a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to guide guests, manage tickets and payments, and maintain a safe, tidy parking environment. The role supports overall lot operations and enforces policies with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Flexible shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays, with eligibility for overtime and benefits described by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds; work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing and payments: issue tickets, process payments, document transactions.
• Reporting and documentation: complete shift logs and track revenue.
• Administrative support: label keys, record vehicle details, maintain records.
• Security and compliance: monitor lot, report unsafe activity, ensure proper parking according to policy.
• Lot maintenance: keep area clean; assist with light cleaning.
• Customer service: assist guests with payments and questions in a friendly manner.
• Teamwork and communication: use radios and coordinate with the team.
• Professionalism and attendance: arrive on time and maintain a neat appearance.
• Additional duties: participate in training and adapt to scheduling needs.
