OHM is seeking an Operations Manager for Delta by Marriott in Wichita Falls, TX. The role leads Front Office and Housekeeping, drives revenue and profitability, and partners with Sales, Engineering, and F&B to deliver world-class guest experiences.

The ideal candidate holds a four-year degree in Management or Hospitality, with 2+ years of supervisory experience (or equivalent), strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Management, Hotel Management, or Business.
• Supervisory experience is preferred (2+ years).
• Experience with budgeting and revenue management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office operations including staffing, training, and evaluations.
• Maintain OHM and brand service standards to deliver world-class guest service.
• Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, and Engineering to drive results.
• Lead hotel sales efforts and participate in revenue meetings.
