O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Banquet Houseperson for Delta Hotels by Marriott in Wichita Falls. You will complete assignments, ensure water, amenities, AV, and breaks are prepared before meetings, and handle guest requests for equipment and charges.

The role emphasizes world-class guest service, meeting room setup/cleanup, and adherence to brand standards. A high school diploma is required, hospitality experience preferred, with shifts including nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Hospitality or banquet experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Complete work assignments as directed by supervisor or shift leader.
• Ensure water, amenities, AV, and breaks are set up at least 15 minutes before meetings.
• Address guest requests for additional equipment and supplies, informing guests of any extra charges.
• Provide world-class guest service according to OHM and brand standards.
• Set up and clean meeting and function rooms per OHM and brand specifications.
• Refresh meeting rooms during breaks and assist with meal service and breakdown as needed.
• Assist in getting banquet guest checks signed and submitted to the front office.
• Follow energy conservation guidelines and safety procedures.
