Courtyard by Marriott Settlers Ridge is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead Front Office, Housekeeping, and Bistro activities at our Pittsburgh location. The role emphasizes guest service, team leadership, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms to ensure Marriott quality standards.
• Cover shifts in The Bistro, Front desk, and housekeeping.
• Provide top-quality service to guests at all times.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and warmly.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
• Take reservations and manage room blocks and special requests.
• Assist AGM/GM with yield management and restrictions.
