Concord Hospitality is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Courtyard by Marriott Settlers Ridge in Pittsburgh, PA. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and the Bistro while upholding brand standards.

You will learn multiple hotel disciplines, supervise shifts, and drive guest satisfaction. Open availability is required; advancement to higher roles is common within a few years.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms to ensure high Marriott standards.
• Cover shifts in Bistro, Front Desk, and housekeeping.
• Provide high quality service to guests at all times.
• Check guests in/out efficiently and warmly.
• Handle guest mail and messages professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of staff, locations, rates, amenities, and selling strategies
• Take reservations and manage room blocks and special requests
• Monitor room availability and assist with yield management
• Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable
• Knowledge of emergency and security procedures

OPEN AVAILABILITY REQUIRED

This role you will be required to learn Housekeeping, Front Desk, as well as the Bistro.

As a Operations Supervisor at Concord Hospitality, you will lead your team members in delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining brand and Concord standards. Positioned at the hub of guest interaction, you will ensure a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience. If you enjoy engaging with others, leading a team, and take pride in being proactive, responsive, and caring, this role is a perfect fit. Many of our supervisors advance within a few years to Assistant General Manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms to ensure they maintain the high quality and standards of a Marriott hotel
• Cover shifts where needed in The Bistro, Front desk, and housekeeping
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times
• Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner
• Handle guest mail and messages with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, rates, amenities, and selling strategies
• Take reservations and manage room blocks and special requests
• Monitor room availability and assist AGM/GM with yield management and restrictions
• Keep the lobby and desk area clean and presentable
• Maintain thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or supervisory experience preferred

• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
