Excel Hotel Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations at our Escondido property, focusing on revenue, guest satisfaction, and staff performance.

You will supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, implement standards, and coordinate with leadership to maintain quality and efficiency, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. This role requires strong leadership and experience in mid-to-large hotels.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 3 year(s) of supervisory experience.
• This position reports to: General Manager
• Must have experience at properties of similar size and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise/manage/oversee Front desk, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Ensure guest and associate satisfaction and efficient hotel operations.
• Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Implement standards and operating procedures.
