Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking an experienced hotel operations leader to assist in managing our property, ensuring efficient and profitable operations, and upholding high standards of guest service. You will act as General Manager in their absence and drive strategic actions to improve profitability and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and the ability to coordinate across departments to deliver top-tier hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years hotel management experience or equivalent.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to read and interpret occupancy and financial reports (P&L).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates.
• Oversee hotel departments to ensure service excellence.
• Assist GM with forecasts, reports and budget monitoring.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and brand standards, drive improvements.
• Coordinate with sales on strategies to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee front office systems and ensure optimal performance.
