You will manage staffing, training, and performance, while aligning with safety and HR policies to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership in hotel operations and guest services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct property walks to ensure a clean, guest-ready environment.
• Oversee daily hotel operations with General Manager for excellence.
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach associates to build a service-driven team.
• Monitor performance, conduct reviews, and recognize achievements.
• Handle HR responsibilities including recruitment support and compliance.
• Coordinate with sales to support revenue strategies and profitability.
• Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
