• Lead and motivate f&b and housekeeping teams.
• Maintain guest satisfaction scores and service culture.
• Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and procedures.
• Assist with inventory control, scheduling, and efficiency.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when required.
