Job summary

Staybridge Suites Montgomery Downtown, an IHG Hotel, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations for a 115-room extended stay property. You will work beside the General Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences, lead F&B and housekeeping teams, and uphold IHG brand standards.

The role suits a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops teams, and actively contributes wherever needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of front desk operations, housekeeping, and inventory management.
• Experience with IHG or other branded hotels preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and solve problems in real time.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varied schedules and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations.
• Lead and motivate F&B and housekeeping teams.
• Maintain guest satisfaction scores and service culture.
• Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and operational procedures.
• Assist with inventory control, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when required.
