Job summary

Staybridge Suites Montgomery - Downtown, an IHG Hotel, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily hotel operations for a 115-room extended stay property. You will collaborate with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive team performance, and ensure adherence to IHG brand standards.

The role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and can jump in wherever needed to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of front desk operations, housekeeping, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and solve problems in real time.
• Experience with branded hotels (IHG preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations in partnership with the General Manager.
• Lead and motivate F&B and housekeeping teams.
• Maintain guest satisfaction scores and service culture.
• Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and operational procedures.
• Assist with inventory control, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when required.

Operations Manager Staybridge Suites Montgomery - Downtown, an IHG Hotel Lead. Grow. Deliver Great Hospitality. Staybridge Suites Montgomery Downtown is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to help lead the daily operations of our 115-room extended stay hotel. This role partners directly with the General Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences, strong team leadership, and consistent execution of IHG brand standards.

What You’ll Do

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations
• Lead and motivate f&b and housekeeping teams
• Maintain strong guest satisfaction scores and service culture
• Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and operational procedures
• Assist with inventory control, scheduling, and operational efficiency
• Serve as Manager on Duty when required
