Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 3 years of housekeeping experience at a major hotel/resort complex.
• Able to lead and mentor a team.
• Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across hotel areas to uphold standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure service quality.
• Monitor productivity and budget adherence within the department.
• Maintain guest room appearance and lobby presentation to welcome guests.
• Support hiring processes including interviews and onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure staff compliance with courses and policies.
• Address guest complaints promptly and with escalation when needed.
• Coordinate with leadership on safety, compliance, and operations.
