Job summary

Phoenix American Hospitality LLC is seeking an Operations Leader for TownePlace Suites in Fayettville, AR. You will oversee hotel operations across departments, act as Manager on Duty, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.

You will also lead associate development, manage forecasts and expenses, and ensure timely AP processing and compliance with PAH SOPs. This role is on-site with Marriott-branded expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive hotel operations experience, OR a 4-year degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional hotel teams and drive operational results.
• Strong financial acumen — comfortable with forecasting, reforecasting, and expense management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership across hotel operations — front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage as applicable.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) during scheduled periods, maintaining guest-facing presence and responding to escalated concerns with urgency.
• Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring associates deliver brand-standard service at every touchpoint.
• Forecast the hotel's financial position by estimating revenues and expenses; monitor monthly reforecast and submit documents to Corporate.
