Job summary

TownePlace Suites Fayetteville, operated by PAH Management, seeks a General Manager to lead daily hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. You will manage a multi-department team, implement brand standards, and drive revenue growth within a lifestyle-hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in hotel management, proven P&L ownership, and strong leadership capabilities. On-site role with opportunities for development and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive hotel operations experience with leadership roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets including P&L ownership.
• Strong ability to lead, develop, and hold accountable a multi-department hotel team.
• Knowledge of hotel sales processes, revenue management concepts, and market share metrics.
• Valid driver's license and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations with accountability for guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Forecast revenues and expenses; ensure adherence to budget and profitability targets.
• Oversee sales efforts, build client relationships, and drive market presence.
• Develop and coach management teams; conduct weekly staff meetings and training.
• Ensure brand standards and compliance are maintained across the property.
• Participate in MOD coverage and maintain property-wide safety and security standards.
