Job summary

VH is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead day-to-day operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and support teams at our Lisle, IL property. You will drive guest satisfaction, associate engagement, and financial performance while upholding brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, revenue oversight, and the ability to partner with departments to optimize occupancy, ADR, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of senior hotel operations management experience.
• Full-service hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience required.
• Union hotel experience preferred, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and support to all hotel operations.
• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure guest service, efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Lead daily operations and executive/department meetings.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on operational results and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as required.
