Job summary

Coury Hospitality, owner of HALL Arts Hotel, is seeking a Director of Operations in Dallas to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure flawless service and brand standards.

You will lead department heads, partner with Sales, Revenue, and HR, drive labor models and cost control, and implement guest satisfaction strategies while fostering a high-energy, inclusive culture across all teams.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history.
• Proven leadership and professional image to associates and guests.
• Strong management skills with delegation of tasks and authority.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and apply feedback to improve performance.
• Ability to handle difficult guest situations and respond promptly.
• Flexibility to adapt to change and new procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Clear oral and written communication.
• Ability to foster commitment, team spirit and trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and operational leaders across the property.
• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure flawless service and brand standards.
• Drive financial success by managing labor models, controlling costs, and optimizing revenue.
• Implement and train teams on elevated service standards and guest satisfaction strategies.
• Support leaders during peak periods, events, and busy days.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and HR to align capacity with goals.
• Analyze guest feedback and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Create a high-energy, inclusive environment where associates grow their careers.
