Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee front desk operations and Manager on Duty responsibilities.
• Direct the work of multiple employees, participate in payroll, training, and performance appraisals.
• Support cash management, budgeting, and revenue management; conduct sales calls to increase occupancy.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to issues, and uphold brand standards.
• Protect company assets and back-up operations as needed.
