Job summary

Hyatt Regency Morristown at Headquarters Plaza in Morristown, NJ, is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager. The role oversees Front Office, Housekeeping, and Lobby Bar/Market operations to ensure exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience.
Strong leadership with a high-energy, entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hotel/Hospitality degree is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping and related outlets.
Support staff training and development; manage schedules and service standards.
Ensure compliance with policies and drive guest satisfaction.
Oversee Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Lobby Bar and Market as needed.
Foster a positive work environment focused on excellence and teamwork.
Contribute to delivering outstanding guest experiences and engagement.
