Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience in hospitality or related industry.
• Strong operational, financial, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across all property departments, maintaining brand standards.
• Ensure staff meet or exceed service and operational standards.
• Coach, develop, schedule, and evaluate performance of department managers and supervisors.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment with fair practices.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns to ensure exceptional service.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, cash handling, purchasing, and period-end procedures.
