Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field plus 3–5 years experience in hospitality, of which two years are in a director role or equivalent.
• Exempt full-time position with flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a customer-driven hotel with a vision that inspires the team.
• Oversee the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue-driven performance.
• Participate in community affairs and maintain positive public image.
• Make judgments and implement changes to maximize profits; supervise budgets and forecasts.
• Meet with potential/current clients and promote the hotel.
• Travel to attend corporate meetings, sales trips, and serve on committees (e.g., Safety Committee).
