HHM Hotels is seeking a Director of Operations in Santa Fe, NM to supervise hotel departments and oversee daily operations, ensuring service excellence and alignment with brand standards. In this role you will work with the GM on budgets, forecasts, and revenue strategies, manage staff performance, guest satisfaction, safety compliance, and partner with sales to optimize occupancy and profitability.

The position requires an associate or bachelor's degree and a strong knowledge of hotel

Competenze

• Supervise and coach hotel associates to meet brand standards and HHM core values.
• Oversee hotel departments to ensure service and hospitality excellence.
• Assist the GM with forecasts, budgets and cost control to maximize revenue and control expenses.
• Ensure safety and compliance with MSDS and OSHA guidelines.

Mansioni

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to standards.
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments for optimal service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement actions to improve ratings.
• Coordinate with accounting for payroll, payables, and internal audits.
• Collaborate with sales to develop strategies to improve occupancy and revenue.
