• Ensure a safe, clean, well‑maintained environment across properties.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Monitor performance of outside services and maintenance contracts.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate facilities staff.
• Manage department payroll and expenses within budget.
