As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for balancing accounts, providing exceptional service to late‑night guests, and ensuring the safety of the hotel during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end‑of‑day financial reporting, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing audit reports.
• Ensure accuracy in billing and investigate any discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and any issues that arise during the night shift.
• Process guest check‑ins and check‑outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Monitor property security and respond to emergencies or guest concerns with prompt and decisive action.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and maintain operational continuity.
• Keep detailed records of any incidents, guest feedback, or maintenance issues that arise overnight.
