Job summary

Leech Lake Gaming is seeking an auditor to balance hotel daily transactions and related cash handling tasks. The role includes posting night audit charges, closing out cashier activities, and producing reports for hotel management and accounting. Strong computer and bookkeeping skills are required.

Education of GED or high school diploma with 1–2 years related experience is expected. Occasional shifts, 24/7 operations, and adherence to tribal policies apply.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1–2 years related experience.
• Certificates: Must pass background check and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Balance hotel daily transactions and make adjustments as needed.
• Balance credit card transactions and make adjustments as needed.
• Process required reports for Hotel manager and Accounting Department.
• Post night audit charges and close out cashier/transactions for the day.
• Balance Manager’s reports.
• Register Guests and assign rooms during night audit.
• Check out Guests and collect all room payments.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent guest service.
