Holiday Inn Express & Suites Palm Coast - I-95 is seeking a night auditor who loves working with people and has bookkeeping experience. The role supports guest satisfaction and requires overnight availability with a professional team.

Responsibilities include auditing financial records, reporting to management, and performing front desk tasks as needed. Some college is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and computer skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
• Process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve guest complaints as needed.
• Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property.
• Process additional administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures as required.
• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required.

Our property is growing rapidly and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! • Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
• Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed
• Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property
• Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required
• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required
• Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours
• Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired
• Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required

Compensation

15.00 - 16.00 hourly
