Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle-Airport/28th Ave is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to ensure accurate nightly balancing and exceptional guest service. You will welcome guests, check them in/out, and respond to requests with courtesy and professionalism.

The role requires standing for extended periods and a friendly, outgoing personality. Prior guest services experience is preferred, with opportunities to grow within a Hilton-affiliated property.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests.
• Greet and check guests into and out of the hotel.
• Handle all guest requests and/or concerns in a professional manner.
• Manage guest accounts by posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.
• Run all necessary night audit reports.
• Must be flexible in schedule: mornings or nights, including weekends and holidays.
• Answer phones.
