Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle North Lynnwood is seeking a Night Auditor to deliver exceptional guest service and manage nightly front desk operations. You will greet guests, process check-ins/outs, and handle guest requests with professionalism.

Responsibilities include posting charges, cash handling, and running night audit reports. The ideal candidate is outgoing, able to stand for extended periods, and available for a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Candidate should be outgoing and friendly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests.
• Greet guests and check them in/out at the front desk.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Manage guest accounts, posting charges and processing payments.
• Run night audit reports and ensure accurate balance reconciliation.
• Maintain flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Answer phones and support front desk operations.

Job Duties

• Provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests

• Run all necessary night audit reports
• Must be flexible in schedule: Positions could be mornings or nights, including Weekends and Holidays
