Job summary

The Hampton Inn Everett is seeking a Night Auditor to join our front desk team. This full-time position involves handling guest check-ins/outs, posting charges, and running night audit reports, all while delivering exceptional guest service.

Shifts include Saturday night and Sunday night, with weekends and holidays required. Benefits include medical/dental/vision after qualification, bonuses, 401k with match, and Hilton discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Outgoing, friendly personality and strong customer service.
• Experience in customer service preferred; hospitality a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests.
• Greet and check guests into and out of the hotel.
• Handle all guest requests and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage guest accounts by posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.
• Run all necessary night audit reports.
• Must be flexible in schedule: mornings or nights, including weekends and holidays.
• Answer phones.
