Job summary

Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking a Mechanic to join our engineering team. The starting rate is $28.00 per hour, with responsibilities covering maintenance across guest rooms, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas. Strong troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and clear communication are essential.

Prior hotel or large-property experience is preferred, with open availability including weekends and holidays. This is a full-time hourly role in Scottsdale, AZ.

Qualifications

• Strong trouble-shooting skills across maintenance areas.
• Ability to read blue prints and schematics is preferred.
• Good communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift coverage for maintenance across guest rooms, meeting spaces, Front-of-House and Back-of-House areas.
• Maintain and troubleshoot building systems including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
