BENCHMARK is looking for a Maintenance Engineer at Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale, Arizona. This hourly staff position requires performing preventive and unscheduled maintenance on hotel systems and equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous resort maintenance or similar experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of Windows® based computer systems or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on building systems and mechanical equipment.
• Assist guests with service requests as needed.
• Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude to ensure work is satisfactory.

Skills

Proficient written, verbal, and spoken communication in English

Mechanical aptitude in HVACR, electrical, plumbing

Ability to follow instructions and act proactively

Tools

Windows® based computer systems (Word, Excel)
