Job summary

StoneBridge in Maryland Heights is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and provide strategic direction for the property. You will supervise a diverse workforce, handle customer relations, and drive performance across departments.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of all employees and set clear objectives.
• Hire qualified personnel according to company standards.
• Organize and coordinate operations for maximum efficiency.
• Manage budgets and expenses; analyze and report financial information.
