Job description

The Hotel Manager at M Social Hotel is responsible for ensuring hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and employee development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in sales efforts, including client meetings and hosting events.
  • Overseeing daily operations across departments, ensuring staffing and smooth functioning.
  • Conducting staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Managing financial reviews, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Developing and motivating staff, including management training and development.
  • Maintaining property standards, guest service quality, and safety protocols.
  • Participating in hiring, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
  • Engaging with guests and clients to promote the hotel and its services.

Qualifications include at least 6 years of progressive hotel experience, a bachelor's degree preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills. The role requires active participation in hotel operations, staff management, and guest relations.
