Position Overview

The Hotel Manager is responsible for achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and employee development, while maintaining hotel integrity.

Responsibilities include:

1. Participating in hotel sales efforts, including client engagement and hosting events.
2. Ensuring smooth daily operation of departments and staffing adjustments.
3. Conducting staff meetings, training, and operational reviews.
4. Meeting financial review deadlines and managing budgets.
5. Developing managers and monitoring management trainee programs.
6. Overseeing employee training, guest service standards, and safety protocols.
7. Maintaining physical property and ensuring financial and operational compliance.
8. Leading hiring, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
9. Participating in sales and marketing efforts, including client meetings and public engagement.

Qualifications:
