Job Description

  1. Manage hotel operations to maximize profitability and ensure superior guest experience.
  2. Identify and implement strategic performance drivers to optimize commercial performance, attracting and retaining travelers.
  3. Create a performance-driven culture that meets the business objectives of key stakeholders: guests, employees, owners, and Accor.
  4. A strong capacity for engagement, organization, and resilience is a prerequisite.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Manager, Resident Manager, or Executive Assistant Manager, with strong experience in the Rooms department.
  2. High degree of professionalism with a strong understanding of hotel operations and business acumen.
  3. Great interpersonal and communication skills in English and a European additional language.
