The Operations Manager will provide support and oversight for the operational departments within the hotel, including front office/guest services. Responsibilities include guest satisfaction, colleague training & development, scheduling, payroll, and managing shifts in the department head’s absence. This role reports to the Front Office Manager.

Qualifications

Compensation

The anticipated range is $64,350 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and industry background.
