The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, read maintenance manuals, log inspections, and respond promptly to requests from guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on guest rooms, common areas, and hotel facilities.

• Inspect and maintain pool, fitness center, and other amenity areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, hotel standards, and Marriott brand guidelines.
• Maintain accurate logs of completed maintenance work and inspections.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel maintenance, facilities management, or a related trade

• Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, can‑do attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands‑on labor throughout the shift
