Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial kitchen, hotel, or restaurant setting preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
• Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Marriott brand standards and recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage to minimize waste.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service depending on shift assignment.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and supply organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Marriott brand standards and recipes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage to minimize waste
• Assist with breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service depending on shift assignment
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and supply organization

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a commercial kitchen, hotel, or restaurant setting preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
• Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification a plus
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive, team-first attitude with strong communication skills
