Whether delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities, the Housekeeper makes sure the spaces in the hotel help create a great guest experience.

Core Competencies

• Cleans and sanitizes guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, according to hotel standards.
• Changes bed linens and towels, ensuring fresh and clean supplies are always available.
• Stocks guest rooms with necessary amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and stationery.
• Responds to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously, providing exceptional guest service.
• Operates laundry equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens and towels, maintaining efficient laundry operations.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report any issues to the maintenance department.
