Job summary

Marriott Madison West - TSOL seeks a Temporary Hotel Maintenance Technician to support the facilities team during a high-demand period. You will maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces, addressing daily requests and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for guests.

Responsibilities include routine repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry), HVAC troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. This is a temporary/full‑time, on‑site role with competitive hourly wages.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of general maintenance experience, hospitality, or facilities.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and hardware repair skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders on an 8‑hour shift.
• Strong customer service to assist guests during repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house.
• Address maintenance work orders promptly and safely.
• Troubleshoot PTAC/HVAC units and standard hotel appliances.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance in all areas.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and building systems checks.
