Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Madison Marriott in Middleton, WI is hiring for a full-time hotel maintenance technician. You will perform preventative maintenance, document work orders, and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems to keep guest areas safe and comfortable.

We seek candidates with at least 6 months of maintenance experience (hotel environment preferred). Must be able to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally; some seasonal outdoor duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
