Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently and interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and guidelines.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic arithmetic and measurements.
• Use units of weight, volume and distance.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property equipment and ensure premises are clean and in good repair.
• Complete tasks per Green Shield Binder and management directions.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Follow Green Shield Schedule and SOPs to complete tasks on time.
• Keep detailed maintenance logs and records.
• Assist with cleaning and general hotel upkeep as needed.
