Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure property equipment operates and guest rooms are maintained in pristine condition, following Green Shield Binder guidelines and safety standards.

The role involves performing repairs, preventative maintenance, coordinating with management, keeping records, and working with vendors; benefits include weekly pay and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently and interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and company standards.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Use units of measurement for weight, volume and distance.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Assist with resolving guest issues in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and premises in pristine condition per standards.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Follow Green Shield Binder workflows and safety SOPs.
• Maintain records such as PM deficiencies and inspections.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and tools organized; safeguard inventory.
• Assist with cleaning and general hotel duties as needed.
• Respond to emergencies at property or sister sites.
