Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or facilities management is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems.
• Physically fit to perform tasks including lifting and bending.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Execute repairs and maintenance tasks, fix leaks and replace components.
• Ensure building systems operate safely and comply with regulations.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments for smooth operations.
