Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a maintenance technician to assist the Chief Engineer or Lead Maintenance Technician in ensuring hotel facilities meet quality standards. You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance while delivering courteous guest service in line with LBA standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC and plumbing and safety precautions.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility using preventative maintenance guidelines.
• Ensure maintenance equipment is in working order.
• Perform tasks: preventative maintenance, repairs, documentation.
• Assist with houseman duties when assigned.
• Respond to guest issues promptly and professionally.
