Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality seeks a Maintenance Tech to repair, maintain, and service hotel facilities per standards. You’ll assist in Engineering and coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office on daily tasks.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, rounds, and timely responses to guest service requests. Strong communication and PPE safety awareness are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize daily work assignments from Engineering Director.
• Perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
• Organize tools and ensure OSHA safety compliance.
• Conduct regular rounds to identify maintenance and safety needs.
• Respond to work orders and guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Complete paperwork and update work orders, communicating follow-ups.
• Adhere to hotel policies, safety, attendance, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with teams and take on additional duties as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of service standards and safety procedures.
