Jiten Hotel Management, Inc. d/b/a Courtyard by Marriott Cape Cod Hyannis is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to perform preventative maintenance across guest rooms, public spaces, and meeting areas.

The role requires hands-on use of hand and power tools and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include repairing guest rooms, assisting with grounds maintenance, assembling furniture, and diagnosing mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms and public spaces of the hotel.
• Maintain and repair all guest rooms.
• Perform minor repairs on hotel grounds and general cleaning.
• Remove snow/ice from sidewalks.
• Assemble furniture and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and use hand/power tools to repair.
• Follow safety and company procedures; report accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; protect company assets; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Complete safety training and certifications.
