Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and clean guest rooms, meeting rooms and public spaces to hotel standards. You will support hotel operations by ensuring a safe, clean and well-maintained environment for guests and associates.

Responsibilities include routine repairs, safety checks, inventory management and assisting guests with service requests while upholding Concord's commitment to quality and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or engineering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards, tools and equipment operation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and handle repairs independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms and public spaces.
• Paint, repair walls, replace fixtures and maintain hotel equipment.
• Inspect electrical, plumbing and HVAC components for safety and repair needs.
• Assist with safety audits, inventory management and housekeeping support.
• Provide courteous guest service and support fellow associates.
