Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms and public spaces.
• Maintain/repair all guest rooms; perform minor repairs on hotel grounds.
• Perform maintenance-related and general cleaning; remove snow/ice from sidewalks.
• Assemble furniture/equipment; diagnose mechanical problems; use hand/power tools.
• Follow safety/company procedures; report accidents/unsafe conditions to management.
