Qualifications

Three years in a maintenance-related role minimum.
Trade knowledge in electrical, plumbing, painting, locksmith, carpentry.
Flexibility in schedule for a complex operation.
Experience using hand and mechanical tools safely.
Ability to lift, pull, push moderate weights and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Provide service and repairs to electrical, plumbing, gas, fire and safety, HVAC refrigeration, and paint.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner.
Lead and supervise the engineering team in the Director's absence.
Operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
Ensure safety regulations and PPE compliance are met.
Test, troubleshoot and repair equipment; coordinate preventative maintenance.
Perform other duties to meet business needs.
